*Q. How are your baskets measured?*
A. Our baskets are measured in centimeters and inches. Please read the product description for each item for size. Measurements can also be given in Height x Width taken from the outside edge of the basket. Handle height will be given if there's one.
*Q. Are all products exactly the same?*
A. The sizes and colours of baskets may vary due to products being handmade. Should you require an exact size, please contact us.
*Q. Which basket size should I buy for my plant's pot?*
A. Buy a planter basket for your plant that is slightly bigger than your pot size. For example,if your plant pot is 150 mm you'll need to buy a basket that is at least 170 mm or bigger depending on the type of your plant.
*Q. Do your planter baskets have plastic lining?*
A. Not all planter baskets are lined with plastic. We recommend using a plastic bag & a drip tray. Please read your item description carefully for items without plastic lining.
*Q. Can I track my order?*
A. Yes. You will be sent your tracking number and the link to the courier company's tracking system once your order has been fulfilled. Please feel free to contact us once you have any issues.
*Q. How long does my order take to arrive?*
A. Orders should arrive between 3-7 business days nationwide. Custom orders have a lead time of +-4weeks. Public holidays and festives will affect delivery time frame.
*Q. Can I collect my order?*
A. Yes. There's an option to collect your order at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will communicate to you via WhatsApp to schedule a time for your package collection.
*Q. Can i cancel my order?*
A. Only orders that have not been fulfilled can be cancelled. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production process starts. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.
